Mein BPM-Statement:
I join my colleague Roger Tregoer who has recently put together for BPTrends a list of 12 compelling reasons, which should persuade organizations to take the business process management view going forward. The most important reason to me seems to be this one: Business processes are the only way any organisation can deliver value to its customers. (Dt: Geschaeftsprozesse sind die einzige Moeglichkeit wie ein Unternehmen fuer seine Kunden Wertschoepfung schaffen kann.)
